Jane Toure

Director & Specialist Occupational Therapist

Tunedin is led by Jane Toure, a registered Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of clinical expertise and a passion for working alongside individuals with a learning difference. Jane moved to Salford to lead and develop the occupational therapy service within the Salford learning disability team. Her professional background includes leadership roles within the private sector and her current part-time position as Lead Occupational Therapist within a specialist special needs school.

As Lead Occupational Therapist, Jane was awarded the Royal College of Occupational Therapy International Travel Award for her work in Ghana. Her management responsibility with the learning disability team at Salford Royal (NCA) ensures that Tunedin is grounded in clinical governance and occupational therapy intervention where it matters most.

TunedIn is a service that can work independently and alongside statutory and private services. Where there is a need to support individuals with learning differences, TunedIn can be there. We provide specialist support across the North West and surrounding areas, with online access available if required to ensure flexible intervention.

To maintain the highest professional standards, every occupational therapy intervention is systematically reviewed using appropriate outcome measures to track progress and ensure clinical efficacy.
